Don't panic with the language thing it's just means meat on a skewer

Ok here is what to get;
 
5 lbs or so of sirlion tips
2 heads of garlic,peeled and chopped
6 or so tablespoons of red pepper, ground
salt and pepper to taste
 
 
Mix all ingredients and marinate over night in the refrigerator.
Put the meat on skewers and cook to desired doneness on a grill
 
This is great with potatoes and a vegetable of some sort.
